- 6 stalks of celery sliced, organic
- 6 whitebutton mushrooms sliced
- 3 tablespoons of parsley chopped
- 1/3 cup of parmigiano regiano you can grate it, chunk it, whatever you like

- 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
