Ingredients

  • 6 stalks of celery
    sliced, organic
  • 6 whitebutton mushrooms
    sliced
  • 3 tablespoons of parsley
    chopped
  • 1/3 cup of parmigiano regiano
    you can grate it, chunk it, whatever you like
  • 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

  • 1 large mixing bowl and spoon
