Chia Lime Refresh
Level: Super Easy
Super simple and refreshing natural energy drink.
- 2 cups of water
- 1/4 cup of lime juice
- 1 tablespoon of chia seed
- a dash of stevia (or sweetener of your choice)
- In a pitcher or mason jar combine water, lime juice, and drop of stevia.
- Add chia seeds, stir well.
- Allow to sit for 10 minutes
- Drink this baby down!
**NOTE** When consuming chia you should drink additional water. I suggest at least 2-3 glasses within 2 hours of drinking this.
