Chia Lime Refresh

Super simple and refreshing natural energy drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of water
  • 1/4 cup of lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seed
  • a dash of stevia (or sweetener of your choice)

Directions

  1. In a pitcher or mason jar combine water, lime juice, and drop of stevia. 
  2. Add chia seeds, stir well. 
  3. Allow to sit for 10 minutes
  4. Drink this baby down!
**NOTE** When consuming chia you should drink additional water. I suggest at least 2-3 glasses within 2 hours of drinking this.
