Raw collards, crisp tart apples, peanut butter and zesty lime juice makes a slaw that you will want to pair with everything!


  • 2 cups of collard greens
    raw, sliced thin into ribbons
  • 1 apple
    cut into matchsticks
  • 2 teaspoons of organic peanut butter
  • a juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 teaspoon of braggs amino acid
  • 1 teaspoon of water


  1. In a medium bowl whisk together peanut butter, lime juice, water, and soy sauce until creamy.
  2. Add collards and apple, toss to coat with dressing
