Kale and Brazil Nut Pesto

Level: Super Easy
Use this pesto as a delicious sandwich spread, a topping for grilled fish, or toss with your favorite whole grain and veggies.
Added bonus: this pesto is a wrinkle fighting machine! Eat it weekly for that youthful glow.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of steamed kale
- 1 cup of parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup of brazil nuts
- 1 small garlic clove
- a zest of of 1 lemon
- a juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- a pinch of salt and pepper
Directions
- Place all ingredients in food processor
- Pulse until smooth
